Sandman Tower has a high-rise building on site with 100 apartments:
60 efficiency/studio
40 one-bedroom apartments
The apartments are equipped with electric ranges and refrigerators. Located on the first floor is a Community Room for group activities, laundry facilities, and on-site mailboxes. There is an entry card system for security. Each floor has a trash chute for trash disposal. We have a solarium & deck area. We have an Assisted Living Program managed by Caring Inc..
