The Wildwood Housing Authority is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Repairer. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, custodial and carpentry work. Must be able to troubleshoot and perform tasks with minimal supervision. Must be available for on-call responsibilities after hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
• Perform regular maintenance checks on the building.
• Be familiar with all the building's security features.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the air conditioning and heating systems.
• Perform regular inspections of hallways, stairwells, bathrooms, and other facilities.
• Perform repairs and maintenance of apartments.

Update:

The Wildwood Housing Authority has decided recently to rebrand with a new logo. Our new logo brand is unique to the Wildwood Housing Authority. The logo embodies WHA’s seaside location, so we incorporated beach emblems.

The new image brand captures the Wildwood Housing Authority’s spirit and will be used internally and externally.  below is a picture of the New Logo, which will start being incorporated on outgoing letter and notices.

The staff is NOT permitted to open the property management office door.  This is for their safety as well as yours. If you need to see the property manager, please use the service window in the vestibule. 

Maintenance Staff will be available for emergency maintenance work orders, (after business hours, holidays and weekends) call 609-551-8836. WHA Office staff will still be available to assist residents via telephone and email during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, so we encourage you to use email or call to communicate with us if possible.  WHA Residents can access some services using the Wildwood Housing Authority tenant portal on the website. If you need help accessing the tenant portal please call 609-729-0220.  We hope that you are staying safe and healthy during this difficult time.

We host a monthly Community Food Distribution every 1st Wednesday of the month from 9:30 - 11:30 AM.
